Introduction: Chemistry Society
This is a nice-looking site which plugs into the international chemistry community. There's an 'Education in Chemistry' discussion group and information on the Royal Society of Chemistry's services, activities, publications and events for the secondary and higher education sectors. It is more likely to be useful to teachers wishing to access this community, or extend their own knowledge base. There are links to other chemistry sites, offering specialist debate and learning resources so this one acts as a useful clearing house.

A great site, only recently launched, offering Physics, Chemistry and Biology at Key Stages 3, 4 and above. It is well set out, with colour coded routes through each e_source (electronic resource) and extension pages if required. Much of the content is arranged to present the user with increasing levels of detail/difficulty as required. The periodic table, for example, is excellent. You can print it out or delve into it more deeply.

Introduction: A Level Chemistry
I became tired of photocopying vast quantities of these notes for my students and it occurred to me that publishing them online, with the expectation that each student should be responsible for accessing their own set of notes, would have a double advantage. Not only would it remove a large administrative burden from my shoulders but that, in a small way, it would also pass some of the responsibility for their own learning on to the students.
